Dibble dropped their record down to 24-6 on Monday, which also ended the team's three-game streak of wins. They came up short against the Newcastle Racers, falling 16-4. If the Demons were looking for revenge after losing 14-5 to the Racers when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

As for Newcastle, the victory (which was their 19th in a row) raised their record to 36-2. They might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 24 games by six runs or more this season.

For Newcastle's part, the team relied heavily on Tyler Frazier, who got on base in all five of his plate appearances with one home run, three runs, and four RBI. That's the most RBI Frazier has posted over his last seven matchups. The team also got some help courtesy of Sheamus McLaughlin, who got on base in four of his five plate appearances with two runs and one RBI.

As of now, neither Dibble nor Newcastle have any future games scheduled.
