Volleyball Game Preview: Holmes Aces vs. Washington Pam Pack + How To Watch

Holmes is on a 13-game streak of home wins (dating back to last season), while Washington is on a three-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Aces will welcome the Pam Pack at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams are strolling into their matches after big wins in their previous games.

Holmes won the last time they faced Gates County and Harper Evans did her part to make sure it happened again. The Aces blew past the Red Barons 3-0 on Monday for which the team can thank Evans, who had ten aces and seven digs. She is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 21 or more in each of the last four games she's played.

Holmes never let Gates County on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-22, 25-7.

Meanwhile, Washington made easy work of West Craven on Tuesday and carried off a 3-0 win.

While Washington might've won, it sure wasn't easy: West Craven scored at least 21 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 28-26, 25-22.

Washington's victory bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Holmes, their win bumped their record up to 18-1.

Everything went Holmes' way against Washington in their previous meeting back in August of 2024, as Holmes made off with a 3-0 victory. Will the Aces repeat their success, or do the Pam Pack have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
