Jefferson Forest strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Liberty Minutemen 43-8. The Cavaliers' offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the game anyway.

Peyton Jackson threw for 64 yards and two touchdowns. Luke Johnson was his top target, picking up 51 receiving yards and one TD. On the ground, Thax Rowland rushed for 85 yards and a pair of scores.

Jefferson Forest's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Liberty, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.
