Berlin had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Friday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Plainville Blue Devils. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Redcoats also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.
Berlin had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 26-28, 25-18, 25-22, 25-19.
Leading Berlin to victory were Ava Gombotz and Mya Lamoureux. Gombotz had 29 digs, while Lamoureux had 29 assists and 11 digs.
