Johnston waltzed into their game on Friday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. Everything went their way against the Sioux City North Stars as they made off with an 11-1 win. The Dragons might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matchups by six runs or more this season.

Johnston's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-6. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.5 runs over those games. As for Sioux City North, they moved to 13-3 with that defeat, which also ended their ten-game winning streak.

Johnston and Sioux City North should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Iowa Rankings.
