Football Recap: Gaither Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Gaither's offense. They were dealt a 40-0 defeat at the hands of the Freedom Patriots on Tuesday. The Cowboys' loss continues a trend for the team, making it seven in a row.

Xianna Santiago threw for 32 yards on five of 16 attempts. Bella Galo was her top target, picking up 32 receiving yards.

Gaither's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Freedom, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

As of now, neither Gaither nor the Patriots have any future games scheduled.
