Baseball Recap: Franklin County Wildcats vs. Northeastern Knights
Franklin County had lost five games straight , but after bumping their record up to 6-9 on Saturday that streak is in the rearview. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 9-7 victory over the Northeastern Knights. This was a revenge game for the Wildcats: when they faced off against the Knights on Saturday, they had to take a 7-5 loss.
Owen Baker looked comfortable as he pitched three innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits.
