Soccer Recap: Central Takes a Loss

Central and Montgomery Academy squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Central had to settle for second. They came up short against the Eagles, falling 9-1. Having soared to a lofty ten goals in the game before, Central couldn't push the score so high this time.

Their goal came courtesy of Jan Bach, who's now up to 15 this season.

Central's loss dropped their record down to 14-6-1. As for Montgomery Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 15 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-5-2 record this season.

As of now, neither Central nor Montgomery Academy have any future games scheduled.
