Softball Recap: Salesian College Preparatory Pride vs. St. Joseph Notre Dame Pilots

They had just enough and edged the St. Joseph Notre Dame Pilots out 3-2. The win was familiar territory for Salesian College Preparatory who now have 11 in a row.

DeAmor Coleman was a major factor no matter where she played. She didn't allow a single earned run while striking out nine over seven innings pitched. Coleman has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't pitched less than five innings in 17 consecutive pitching appearances. Coleman was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 2-for-3.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Ta'Leysha Thompson, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3.
