Apex was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Willow Spring Storm. That's two games in a row now that Apex have lost by exactly two goals.

Apex's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Willow Spring, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-5-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Apex will venture away from home to challenge Green Level at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Apex's defense better be ready for this one: Green Level have averaged an impressive 3.5 goals per game this season. As for Willow Spring, they will head out on the road to take on Green Hope at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
