On Thursday Concord's undefeated season almost came to an end. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 16-13 victory over the McKean Highlanders. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Raiders also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2022.

Concord's win bumped their record up to 6-0-1. As for McKean, they suffered their first home defeat, dropping their record down to 2-4.

Coming up, Concord will venture away from home to square off against Newark at 11:00 a.m. on the 18th. As for McKean, they will welcome DuPont at 6:00 p.m. on the 17th. The Highlanders will be up against the Tigers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 37.67 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
