Softball Recap: Augusta Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Augusta's offense. They came up short against the Nicholas County Bluejackets on Tuesday, falling 15-0. The Panthers have struggled against the Bluejackets recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Augusta's loss dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Nicholas County, their victory ended a seven-game drought at home and bumped them up to 15-12-1.

Looking ahead, Augusta will challenge Mason County at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Nicholas County, they will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Model at 6:00 p.m.
