Baseball Recap: Salem Witches vs. St. John Paul II Lions
Salem had lost three straight on the road, but on Wednesday they dropped their record down to 10-12 to make it four. They lost 7-0 to the St. John Paul II Lions. The match marked the first time this year in which the Witches were not able to get on the board.
As for St. John Paul II, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 24-2. Considering they have won 17 contests by more than six runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.
