Fairfield posted their closest win since January 3rd on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 33-31 victory over the Fairmont Firebirds. The 33-point effort marked the Indians' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.
