Volleyball Recap: San Carlos Finds Home Court Redemption Against Lincoln Prep

There's no place like home for San Carlos, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Lincoln Prep Lightning with a sharp 3-0 win on Thursday. The Braves were shut out 3-0 the last time they took on the Lightning, so the Braves were just returning the favor.

One reason for the win was San Carlos' just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-12, 25-11.

The victory got San Carlos back to even at 7-7. As for Lincoln Prep, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last ten matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-13 record this season.

San Carlos has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Leading Edge Academy - GEC on the 22nd. As for Lincoln Prep, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Gilbert Classical Academy on the 20th.
