Football Recap: Jackson Comes Up Short

Jackson fell victim to Glacier Peak and their airtight defense on Friday. They were dealt a 54-0 defeat at the hands of the Grizzlies. The loss continues a trend for the Timberwolves in their meetings with the Grizzlies: they've now lost nine in a row.

Colby Bossert threw for 29 yards on four of 11 attempts. On the ground, Nate Marklund rushed for 35 yards.

Jackson's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Glacier Peak, their win was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-1.

Looking ahead, Jackson will take on Lynnwood at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Glacier Peak, they will square off against Kamiak at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
