Volleyball Recap: Newton Victorious + How To Watch

Newton won the last time they faced Casey-Westfield and things went their way on Thursday too. The Eagles walked away with a 2-0 win over the Warriors. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

Newton easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-19.

Hydi Bierman paced Newton's offense, picking up six kills. Bierman got some help from Amy Shull and her eight assists. Bierman was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.
