Montrose and Riverdale Ridge squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Montrose had to settle for second. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Ravens. Montrose's loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Their goal came courtesy of Mayce Oberg, who's now up to seven this season.

Montrose's defeat dropped their record down to 8-6-2. As for Riverdale Ridge, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-3-1 record this season.

Montrose does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Riverdale Ridge, they will venture away from home to take on Durango at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Durango will roll in looking for their 14th straight victory, something Riverdale Ridge surely won't give up without a fight.
