Volleyball Recap: Hobgood Charter Takes a Loss + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Hobgood Charter can now relate to. They fell 3-1 to the Jones Trojans on Saturday. While the Raiders didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Trojans 25-20 in the first set.

Hobgood Charter started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 20-25, 25-15, 25-16, 26-24.

When it comes to explaining why Hobgood Charter lost, don't look at Emma Rae Cannon. Despite the final result, she had 15 assists and nine kills. Cannon has been hot, having posted 12 or more assists the last eight times she's played.
