Football Game Preview: Mexico Tigers vs. Westmoreland Bulldogs

The Mexico Tigers will head out to square off against the Westmoreland Bulldogs on Saturday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Mexico is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They blew past Sherburne-Earlville, posting a 63-12 victory. The Tigers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three contests by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Westmoreland, who bounced back after a loss on the road back in September. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Jordan-Elbridge 2-0.

Westmoreland now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Mexico, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.

Everything came up roses for Mexico against Westmoreland when the teams last played back in October of 2021, as the team secured a 35-0 win. Will the Tigers repeat their success, or do the Bulldogs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
