It's playoff time, and Canyon View had no trouble coming through when it counted. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Verrado Vipers on Thursday. The win was familiar territory for the Jaguars, who have now won eight matches in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-12, 25-14.

Canyon View's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Isabella Hedrick, who had 11 digs and four aces. That's the most digs Hedrick has posted since back in October. Tatum Kinard was another key player, getting 17 assists and three digs.

They weren't the only good servers: Canyon View was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in seven consecutive matchups.

Canyon View's victory bumped their record up to 27-10-3. As for Verrado, they dropped their record down to 21-16 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Coming up, Canyon View will square off against Sunrise Mountain at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Verrado does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
