Basketball Recap: Homestead's Undefeated Season over After Four Games

Homestead was the 76-66 winner over Norwell when they last played one another back in November of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Spartans took a 59-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Knights on Tuesday. The loss was the Spartans' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Homestead fell to 3-1. As for Norwell, they pushed their record up to 5-1 with the victory, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Homestead will head out to take on Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Norwell, they will venture away from home to challenge Cathedral at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
