Basketball Recap: James Buchanan Takes a Loss

James Buchanan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were two points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 65-63 heartbreaker at the hands of the Bishop McDevitt Crusaders. While losing is never fun, the Rockets can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 570th, while the Crusaders are ranked 263rd).

James Buchanan's defeat dropped their record down to 5-17. As for Bishop McDevitt, the win got them back to even at 10-10.

James Buchanan does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bishop McDevitt, they will be playing at home against New Oxford at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
