Basketball Game Preview: Stockton Blackhawks vs. Galena Pirates

Stockton hasn't had much luck against Galena recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Stockton Blackhawks will challenge the Galena Pirates at 7:15 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Saturday, Stockton lost to Amboy at home by a 43-28 margin. The Blackhawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Galena was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 52-47 to River Ridge.

Stockton's loss dropped their record down to 6-15. As for Galena, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 13-11 record this season.

Stockton might still be hurting after the 52-32 defeat they got from Galena in their previous matchup back in January. Can Stockton avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
