Volleyball Game Preview: Plattsburgh Hornets vs. Beekmantown Eagles + How To Watch

The Plattsburgh Hornets will square off against the Beekmantown Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams are coming into the matchup red-hot, with Plattsburgh sitting on five straight victories and Beekmantown on six.

On Tuesday, Plattsburgh got the win against Northern Adirondack by a conclusive 3-0.

One reason for the win was Plattsburgh's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-17, 25-7.

Meanwhile, Beekmantown was able to grind out a solid win over Peru on Thursday, taking the game 3-1.

Beekmantown had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 19-25, 25-11, 25-13, 34-32.

Plattsburgh's victory bumped their record up to 10-2. As for Beekmantown, their win bumped their record up to 7-1.
