Preview: Kings Knights vs. Anderson Raptors
Kings and Anderson are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2019, but not for long. Having just played yesterday, the Kings Knights will head out on the road to face off against the Anderson Raptors at 7:30 p.m. on February 10th. Both teams come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Kings scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They breezed by Milford at home to the tune of 88-60. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Meanwhile, even though Little Miami scored an imposing 56 points on Friday, Anderson still came out on top. Anderson managed a 61-56 victory over Little Miami.
Kings is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-10 record this season. As for Anderson, their victory bumped their record up to 13-7.
Kings strolled past Anderson when the teams last played back in January by a score of 74-56. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Anderson's Caden Piening, who scored 18 points along with six rebounds. Now that he's got a second chance to win this matchup, will Kings still be able to contain Piening? There's only one way to find out.
