Frankfort had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the nine-run drubbing they dealt Lebanon on Tuesday. The Hot Dogs blew past the Tigers 13-4. The match marked the Hot Dogs' most dominant win of the season so far.

Michael Santos looked comfortable as he tossed four innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off four hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks any time he's pitched this season.

At the plate, Frankfort got a big performance out of Aviel Santos, who went 1-for-2 with one triple, two RBI, and one run. That's the most RBI Santos has posted since back in May of 2024. Lalo Castillo was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

Frankfort pushed their record up to 3-1 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.0 runs over those games. As for Lebanon, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Frankfort will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Tigers: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
