Soccer Recap: Lynn English Starts Season with Defeat on the Road

Lynn English had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They came up short against the Salem Witches on Thursday, falling 6-0. Lynn English were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Salem apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2020.

Salem has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Lynn English is set to challenge their familiar foe Lynn Classical at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Salem will square off against rival Winthrop at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
