The Oswego Indians will head out on the road to face off against the Cedar Vale/Dexter Spartans at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Kansas (Oswego is ranked 81st, while Cedar Vale/Dexter is ranked 87th).
After a string of three wins, Oswego's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They were beaten by West Elk 52-15. Oswego was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 38-12.
The losing side was boosted by Josh Hutchinson, who rushed for 217 yards and two touchdowns. Hutchinson was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 53 yards.
