Soccer Recap: Jackson-Olin Takes a Loss

Jackson-Olin managed to keep up with Huffman until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Jackson-Olin Mustangs lost 3-0 to the Huffman Vikings. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Mustangs of the 2-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2024.

This is the second loss in a row for Jackson-Olin and nudges their season record down to 0-2. As for Huffman, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-1.

Jackson-Olin does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Huffman, they will face off against Gardendale at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Huffman is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.9 goals per game this season.
