Baseball Recap: Plymouth Comes Up Short

Plymouth lost against Warsaw back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Pilgrims/Rockies lost 10-2 to the Tigers. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, the Pilgrims/Rockies couldn't push the score so high this time.

Plymouth saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Parker Wolfe, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with one home run and two RBI. That home run marked the first that Wolfe has launched this season.

Plymouth now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Warsaw, they picked up their first home win, bumping their record up to 5-3.

Plymouth wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 4-0 defeat against La Porte on the 26th. As for Warsaw, they have also already played their next contest, a 10-4 victory against Manchester on the 26th.
