It's playoff time, and Atlantic Collegiate Academy had no trouble coming through when it counted. They put the hurt on the Mullins Auctioneers with a sharp 67-42 win on Wednesday. The Armada have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 15 contests by 21 points or more this season.

It was another big night for Jamie Brooks, who dropped a double-double with 16 points and ten rebounds. His big performance that evening made it five games in a row in which he has scored at least 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaylen Bellamy, who went 5-for-11 en route to 12 points and five boards.

Atlantic Collegiate Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive boards. That's a new trend for them: they were averaging 7.8 offensive rebounds per game earlier this season, but in their last 15 matches they've averaged 13.

When it comes to explaining why Mullins lost, don't look at Amir Lee. Despite the final result, he went 5-for-6 to rack up 10 points. Those ten points gave Lee a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Dakarai Worley, who posted seven points in addition to nine rebounds and three steals.

Atlantic Collegiate Academy's victory was their tenth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 22-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.4 points over those games. As for Mullins, their defeat dropped their record down to 19-6.
