St. Anthony won the last time they faced Brownstown and things went their way on Saturday too. The St. Anthony Bulldogs managed a 49-44 win over the Brownstown Bombers. Winning may never get old, but the Bulldogs sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Despite the defeat, Brownstown saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Dayana Haslett posted 29 points. The contest was Haslett's 16th in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Madi Miller, who had ten points.

St. Anthony is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record this season. As for Brownstown, with the loss, they broke their 16-game winning streak and moved their record to 20-3.

St. Anthony will welcome Pana at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Brownstown, they will head out to face off against North Clay at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
