Volleyball Recap: Unity Comes Up Short

Unity lost against McDonell Central on Thursday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Eagles took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Macks. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-6.

Unity's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for McDonell Central, their victory was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-2.

After both having extra time off, Unity and Mondovi will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 9:00 a.m. on the 13th. As for McDonell Central, they will look to defend their home court on the 13th against Cameron at 9:00 a.m.
