Hartselle took a ten-goal defeat the last time they faced off against Lee, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Hartselle Tigers beat the Lee Generals by a goal, winning 2-1. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Generals recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Hartselle's victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Lee, they dropped their record down to 2-5 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Coming up, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Hartselle challenge the Mars Hill Bible at 7:00 p.m. on March 3rd. As for Lee, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 10-0 win against Mae Jemison on the 25th.
