Rutherford won the last time they faced Secaucus and things went their way on Friday too. The Bulldogs blew past the Patriots 8-1. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won ten matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.

Rutherford is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-6-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.3 runs over those games. As for Secaucus, they dropped their record down to 4-12 with the loss, which was their sixth straight at home.
