West Brunswick and North Brunswick are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2019, but likely not for long. The Trojans will challenge the Scorpions at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. North Brunswick took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on West Brunswick, who comes in off a win.

West Brunswick took a seven-run loss the last time they faced off against Hoggard, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Trojans skirted past the Vikings 3-2. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Trojans as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, North Brunswick didn't have quite enough to beat Topsail on Thursday and fell 9-8. The Scorpions have struggled against the Pirates recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost meeting.

West Brunswick's win bumped their record up to 5-11. As for North Brunswick, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-9.

West Brunswick beat North Brunswick 3-0 in their previous meeting back in March. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Trojans since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
