Soccer Recap: Maine West Takes a Loss

Maine West lost against Niles West back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Warriors came up short against Wolves, falling 6-0. While losing is never fun, Maine West can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois soccer rankings (they are ranked 334th, while Niles West are ranked 154th).

Maine West's loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Niles West, they now have a winning record of 7-6-1.
