Anthony Wayne waltzed into their contest on Monday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They blew past the St. Francis de Sales Knights 9-1. The result was nothing new for the Generals, who have now won three games by eight runs or more so far this season.

Anthony Wayne's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-1. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for St. Francis de Sales, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-4 record this season.
