Volleyball Recap: Catholic of Pointe Coupee Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Catholic of Pointe Coupee can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the Central Catholic Eagles on Thursday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in October.

Catholic of Pointe Coupee's loss dropped their record down to 18-14. As for Central Catholic, the victory was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 25-5.

While Catholic of Pointe Coupee had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
