Karleigh South Game Report: vs Symmes Valley

Northwest had to settle for second on Monday, but Karleigh South sure wasn't going down easily. South went 2-for-4 with two runs, two doubles, and one stolen base, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long. Those doubles marked the first that she has hit this season.

Coming up, South and Northwest will be playing at home against South Gallia at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Sadly, South's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Mohawks' eight-game streak of wins at home. With the streak broken, South and the Mohawks surely have a bit of extra motivation heading into Tuesday's match.
