Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Alexandria walked away with it. They took their contest on Wednesday with ease, bagging a 115-41 victory over the Little Falls Flyers. The win was nothing new for the Cardinals as they're now sitting on 20 straight.

Alexandria's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Gavin Roderick, who went 11-for-17 to rack up 26 points. Roderick is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 45% in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Chase Thompson, who shot 83% from the field en route to 21 points.

Alexandria pushed their record up to 24-3 with the victory, which was their 13th straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 95.5 points over those games. As for Little Falls, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-22 record this season.

Alexandria will be playing at home against Detroit Lakes at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Little Falls does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
