Basketball Recap: Lackawanna Comes Up Short

Lackawanna lost against Lake Shore last Friday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Lackawanna Steelers came up short against the Lake Shore Eagles, falling 63-37. The Steelers' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it five in a row.

Lackawanna's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Lake Shore, the victory (which was their tenth in a row dating back to last season) raised their record to 3-0.

Lackawanna will take on Iroquois at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Lake Shore has already played their next matchup (against Orchard Park), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
