Softball Recap: Clyde Bulldogs vs. Ingram Moore Warriors

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Clyde couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They fell just short of the Ingram Moore Warriors by a score of 4-3 on Saturday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-2 on Thursday.

Brynli Reynolds put in work while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out 16 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off four hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in 24 consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one triple, one double, and one RBI.
