Softball Recap: Steele Comes Up Short

Steele managed to slip by Johnson the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Knights came up short against the Jaguars on Tuesday, falling 9-2. The Knights were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Jaguars earlier this season, when they won 7-6.

The defeat snapped Steele's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 16-10 record. As for Johnson, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-4-1 record this season.

As of now, neither Steele nor Johnson have any future games scheduled.
