Basketball Recap: Campbell Takes a Loss

Campbell entered their matchup against Senath-Hornersville on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Camels received a blow as they fell 75-58 to the Lions. The Camels were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Lions apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January.

Campbell's loss dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Senath-Hornersville, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 6-1.

Campbell and Senath-Hornersville will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next games. The next time the Camels see the court they'll take on Naylor at 6:00 p.m. on the 29th. As for Senath-Hornersville, their break will end when they face Twin Rivers at 7:30 p.m. on January 6, 2026.
