Volleyball Recap: West Bend East Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only West Bend East walked away with it. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Little Chute Mustangs on Tuesday. The Suns not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 30th (when they won 3-0).

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-15, 25-19.

Malia Haug paced West Bend East's offense, picking up 12 kills. Haug got some help from Lydia Hoier and her 19 assists. Violet Zier controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

The win (which was West Bend East's third in a row) raised their record to 16-22. As for Little Chute, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-15.

West Bend East has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Xavier on the 23rd. Little Chute does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
