Prospect hadn't done well against Lake Park recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. The Knights narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Lancers 2-1. The win was familiar territory for the Knights, who have now won four matchups in a row.

Prospect had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The final score came out to 22-25, 26-24, 15-11.

Deven Townsend and Addison Norberg certainly did their best on Saturday to avoid the loss. Townsend had 13 digs and one assist, while Norberg had ten assists. With that strong performance, Townsend is now averaging an impressive 10 digs per game.

Prospect's victory bumped their record up to 11-9. As for Lake Park, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-16.
