Basketball Recap: Jackson Memorial Starts Season with Victory at Home

Jackson Memorial took care of business in their home opener on Tuesday (and then some). They breezed by the Matawan Regional Huskies to the tune of 46-13. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Jaguars also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2018.

Matawan Regional's loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Jackson Memorial will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Manasquan at 5:15 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Matawan Regional, they will be home for the holidays to greet Robbinsville at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
