Baseball Recap: Gregori Takes a Loss

Gregori saw some tournament action on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Edison Vikings by a score of 4-3.

Gregori saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Gage Perez, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI.

Gregori's defeat dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Edison, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-2 record this season.

Gregori will be taking part in a tournament against Patterson at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Edison, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 9-1 win against Tokay on the 8th.
